NCU Sports Information handles the media and publicity related to all of the university's 16 varsity sports.
NCU Sports Information uses Statcrew software for baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, and volleyball. Opponents who also use Statcrew should send roster files for the respective teams and sports to the NCU SID 24 hours prior to contests.
NCU uses in-game stat entry for baseball, basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball. In most cases, weather permitting for outdoor sports, hard copy stats will be available for coaches following the contests. For baseball/softball double headers stats should me available between games.
NCU sends out packed game and HTML files to opponents within 12 hours of completion of home games. Opponents desiring for information to be disseminated to other outlets should also include a media list with their Statcrew roster email.
Media outlets desiring access to home NCU contests should contact the SID 48 hours in advance when possible to discuss any requests for media access.
The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) and Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) retain the proprietary rights to broadcasts, photography and any event related merchandise for regional or conference championship tournaments. Contact the SID for more information regarding rights for these events.
