MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.-- North Central University Men's Basketball returns to action for the first time in 2013 with a road game at Augsburg College on Friday night. The Rams and Auggies are the only two NCAA Division III members in Minneapolis and the campuses are located just two miles apart.

North Central (5-4, 0-0) comes into the match up with Augsburg looking to rebound from a tough loss to Wheaton College (Wheaton, Ill.) on December 15 that ended the the 2012 portion of their schedule. NCU hung the eighth ranked team in the D3Hoops.com national poll for 25 minutes before the Thunder pulled away for a 73-49 win in CLC Gymnasium.

Augsburg College comes into Friday's game with an impressive 8-0 mark and will be a great test for the Rams as they head into next weekend's season opener in Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) play.

The Rams and Auggies are set for 3 p.m. tip off.
