MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.-- Men's Soccer dropped a home match to the University of Minnesota-Morris on Saturday afternoon. The Cougars outshot the Rams on the way to a 3-0 final margin that leaves the Rams still looking for their first Upper Midwest Athletic Conference win of the season.

Minnesota-Morris broke a scoreless draw in the 31st minute and the the two sides remained at 1-0 at the halftime break. It remained that way until the 59th minute when Morris gained a 2-0 advantage. 

The Cougars added a third tally in the 80th minute to reach the final margin. UMM outshot NCU 29-3.

The Rams return to action on Friday versus The University of Northwestern (St. Paul, Minn.) with a match in St. Paul. Saturday the Rams host those same Eagles at Coon Rapids Soccer Complex. Friday begins at 1 p.m. and Saturday is set for a 2:15 p.m. start.
