MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- The Rams opened up their 2013-14 season by hosting the Providence University-College Pilots. Both teams came out strong, but the Pilots got on the board early off a corner kick in the 16th minute and four minutes later, they added a second goal off a rebound. 

The Rams answered back with their first goal of the season which came in the 21st minute when Megan Kaczmarek (Green Bay, Wisc/Pulaski) finished off a cross from Karlee Hoover (Estero, Fla/Estero). 

In the second half, the Pilots added on two goals to extend the lead to 4-1 and they never looked back. Providence was led by Kate Osadachuk who finshed with a hat trick.

North Central is back in action Friday when they travel to Alverno College (Milwaukee, Wisc.). Gametime is set for 3:00 p.m.
