MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Friday's matchup between the North Central and St. Scholastica Men's Soccer teams got out of hand as the Saints came marching into the Twin Cities and tallied 13 goals on the Rams.

The first half was reasonably competitive as the Saints only led 4-0 at the break, but the Rams were not able to get a shot off in the first 45 minutes.

In the second half the flood gates completely opened on the Rams defense as the Saints put up an astounding nine goals on 22 shots. The Rams were able to get a few things going offensively, tallying two shots, but none that found the back of the net.

The Rams will look forward to Saturday as they get a clean slate against Northland College, kicking of at 2:15 PM at the National Sports Center in Blaine, MN.
