MINNEAPOLIS - North Central Women's Basketball (1-2) defeated Oak Hills Christian (0-1) on Tuesday night in a non-conference match up, 88-29, in Clark-Danielson Gymnasium. Haley Modahl (Minneapolis, Minn./Edison) led the Rams with 19 points, six assists, and five rebounds. The Rams jumped out to a 5-3 lead early on in the first quarter and never looked back.

Five Rams scored double-digit points Modahl (19), Betty Rand (13), Alice Cato (11), Allison Bulthuis (11), and Alexandria Lindsay (10). Freshman Alice Cato (Dallas, Texas/Harvest Christian) also added ten rebounds for the Rams on defense.

The Rams shot 45-of-80 (45 percent) and 11-of-23 (47.8 percent) from three-point range.

North Central will be back in action on Friday, December 1 against Illinois Tech. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
