NEW ULM, Minn.-- Women's Tennis was swept on the road in conference action on Thursday. The Rams were defeated, 9-0, by Martin Luther College at the MLC courts.
All three Rams doubles pairings lost by an 8-3 score line. In singles action, freshman Sierra Hunter (Dillsburg, Pa./Northern) fought hard in the most competitive match but fell 6-3, 6-3 in the number four slot.
The Rams will be back in action on Saturday in search of their first win of the year. They will take on Bethany Lutheran College (New Ulm, Minn.) on the road at 2 p.m. in an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference match.
