CHASKA, Minn - The for second time this season the North Central University women's tennis team earned a sweep over Crown College. The win gives NCU their second win of the season.
Anne Clarke led the way for the Rams as she picked up a victory in the no.1 singles spot in straight sets.
Madalyn Meetz earned a victory in the no.2 spot in straight sets as well.
Sierra Hunter and
Nicole Swanson picked up victories in the no.3 and no.4 positions. Erin Ollerrich and Rachel Cribb rounded out the strong singles play for the Rams as each won in straight sets in the no.5 and no.6 singles matchups.
Anne Clarke and
Madalyn Meetz picked up an 8-3 victory in the top doubles matchup of the day.
Sierra Hunter and
Emily Loop won 8-2 in the no.2 doubles match.
Nicole Swanson and Erin Ollerrich won 8-0 in the no.3 doubles matchup.
The Rams will be back in action on Wednesday April 24 as they will travel to Northwestern St. Paul for an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference matchup slated to begin at 3:30 p.m.
