St. Paul, MN – The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) has released the 2024 postseason award winners for men's soccer. The awards are nominated and voted on by the UMAC men's soccer head coaches. Sophomore
Alvin Wlejleh was awarded Second Team All-Conference.
Ricardo Vera Martinez and
Santiago Grams both earned All-Conference Honorable Mention and Grams was the Sportsmanship Award winner.

Alvin Wlejleh (So. | Heath Springs, SC) was awarded Second Team All-Conference in his sophomore year. AJ played and started in 17 games for the Rams, totaling 1230 minutes as a forward. Wlejleh led the Rams with 12 goals (t-4th in UMAC) off 70 shots and 34 shots on goal. He led the UMAC in shots per game with 4.12 on the year. Alvin had a remarkable record-breaking 5-goal game versus Northland to lead the Rams to a road win.
Ricardo Vera Martinez (Jr. | Bloomington, MN) was named All-Conference Honorable Mention in his first season as a Ram. Ricardo was a huge contributor to this new-look Rams squad, transferring in from Northern Michigan University (NCAA Division II). The junior played and started all 21 games for NCU, totaling a team-high 1693 minutes. Vera Martinez was the ultimate distributor, leading the team with 7 assists (t-6th in UMAC) on the year. He also totaled 13 shots and 6 shots on goal.
Santiago Grams ( So. | Minneapolis, MN) was awarded All-Conference Honorable Mention and the Sportsmanship Award. The sophomore really came on to the scene in his sophomore campaign, anchoring a winger position for the Rams. Grams played in all 21 games, starting 17 of them, and totaling 1509 minutes played. Santiago had 1 goal and 6 assists (t-7th in UMAC), which was second-best on the team. He also totaled 22 shots and 7 shots on target.
