St. Paul, MN – On Thursday, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced the 2024 Volleyball Award winners. The awards are nominated and voted on by the UMAC volleyball head coaches. Sophomore

Hailey Lerfald were named First Team All-Conference. Freshman
Brianna Brown earned the UMAC Sportsmanship Award.

Sydney Carlson (So. | Blaine, MN) was awarded First Team All-Conference in her sophomore year. Sydney played in 24 games totaling 74 sets. She led the Rams in kills with 226 kills (10th in UMAC) and kills per set with 3.02 (1st in UMAC). She also totaled 181 digs, 23 service aces, and 18 blocks on the year.
Hailey Lerfald (Sr. | Wanamingo, MN) was named First Team All-Conference in her final season as a Ram. The team captain played in 23 games totaling 76 sets. She was second on the team in kills with 203 on the year. She led the UMAC in hitting percentage with .367. Defensively, she led NCU in blocks with 51 on the season. She also had 19 digs and 9 service aces from her middle hitter spot.
Brianna Brown ( Fr. | Salem, WI) was awarded the Sportsmanship Award. The newcomer played in 13 games totaling 35 sets. She totaled 16 digs, 12 service aces, and 6 kills in her first year.
