North Central University Athletics

2023:

Competed in the indoor season for the Rams... Ran a season best in the mile of 5:31.12 at the UMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships earning her a 3rd place finish and UMAC All-Conference... Also lead the 4 x 400 meter relay team to a 2nd place finish in a time of 4:34.14 at the Championships... Posted her best triple jump mark at the Gene Glader Classic of 9.65 meters where she won the event.

Lofstad was named the 2023 UMAC Scholar-Athlete Leadership Award winner for her numerous accolades as a student-athlete at North Central and for her service off campus. 

2022:

Ran both indoor and outdoor season for the Rams... Ran a personal best time in the mile in 5:31.06 at the UMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships earning her a 2nd place finish and UMAC All-Conference... Also helped lead the Distance Medley Relay to a 3rd place finish at the Championships... In the outdoor season, her best mark in the 1500 meter stands at 5:06.17 from the Drake Alternative... At the UMAC Outdoor Championships, Lofstad was the 1500 meter champion in a time of 5:18.35 as well as the 4th place finisher in the 800 meter in a personal best of 2:27.77, both UMAC All-Conference performances. 

2021:

Ran both indoor and outdoor track and field for the Rams... Competed in the Mile, 1500 meter, 800 meter, and the Triple Jump... During the indoor season, jumped a personal best 9.87 meters in the triple jump to win the UMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships... Ran a 5:47 mile at the Indoor Championships which was good for 3rd... Finished in 5th in the Indoor Championships in the 800 meter in a time of 2:36.37... Finished in 2nd in the Triple Jump at the Outdoor Championships covering a distance of 9.78m... Ran a season best time of 5:06.5 in the 1500m for 3rd overall at the Outdoor Championships... Finished in 8th at the Outdoor Championships in the 800m with a time of 2:33.07.

Prep Career

Ran cross country for coach Neil Kruse at Centennial High School ... Two time all-conference honorable mention ... Elected twice as team captain... Participated in the Cross Country State Championships for the Cougars.
