Lydia is in her fifth season as the men's and women's track and cross country assistant coach.
Prior to joining the Rams, Warner attended and graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul, where she competed in Cross Country and Track from 2016-2020. During her time as an athlete, she was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team, given the Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award, was part of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and named a captain of the track and field team.
On the academic side, Lydia was named Sports Management Student of the Year for the 2019-2020 school year for her hard work in the classroom and athletics department.
A native of Elk River, Minnesota, Lydia is a 2016 graduate from Elk River High School, where she competed in cross country, Nordic skiing, and track and field.
