Ran a season best 8k at the River Falls Invite with a time of 33:57.1... Named an NCCAA Scholar Athlete... Earned the UMAC Academic All-Conference award... Fall and Spring Athletic Director Honor Roll.

2023 Season Highlights

Ran a season best 8k at the NCCAA Regional Meet with a time of 32:04.7 (13th place)... Earned UMAC Academic All-Conference honors.

2022 Season Highlights

In his first cross country season for the Rams, Ryan secured his best 8k time at the NCCAA National Championships in 31:54.8.

Prep Career

Ran cross country and track and field at Farmington High School... In cross country, earned Most Improved (2019-2020), the Tiger Award (2021 & 2022) and helped his team qualify for the State meet (2019 & 2021)... Ryan was also named team captain for the 2021 season... Graduated in 2022.
