North Central University Athletics

Jeff Becker is in his first year on the staff of the NCU Rams Men’s Basketball Team.

Coach Becker began coaching both of his sons back in grade school which turned into coaching duties in the Coon Rapids Traveling Basketball Club, in Coon Rapids Minnesota.  He proceeded to rack up 15+ years of coaching in traveling and youth basketball, while also serving 4 years on the traveling basketball board.

In 2019 Jeff joined Jeremy Becker on the sidelines for Minnesota Crossfire AAU as Jeff assisted in coaching competitive youth athletes in regional and national AAU tournaments at the 15U-17U levels. Becker helped players improve basketball IQ and prepare for high school and collegiate-level play.  Several of their players are playing at the DIII and NAIA college levels today.

Jeff is very excited to have this opportunity at North Central and is looking forward to helping our players on the court, as well as preparing them for life after the basketballs are put away. His love of basketball and the opportunity to work with and support his son, Head Coach Jeremy Becker, has brought him to North Central.
