Konnor Jusczak is in his second year as the Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Communications & Gameday Operations at North Central. He assumes all responsibilities over the Athletic Communications Department and its designated team. He entered this role after spending the past year as the Sports Information Director.
An alum of North Central, Jusczak completed his undergraduate studies in the spring of 2023, earning a B.S. in Sport Management alongside a minor in Accounting & Finance. His engagement during his time at NCU encompassed various roles within the athletics realm. Most recently, Konnor was appointed Director of Athletic Communications in February, where he assumed all oversight of the department for the spring semester. Prior to this, Jusczak served as an Athletic Communications Intern from 2022-2023, where he operated the athletics website on a day-to-day basis, managed multiple social media profiles, spearheaded cohorts of student workers, and efficiently coordinated NCU's game day operations. From 2020-2022, he served as an athletic communications gameday student-worker where he was primarily a statistician using the NCAA LiveStats and Presto Sports software. During this period, he also was a member of the men's basketball team, appearing in 25 games over two years and earning All-UMAC Academic Team honors in both 2020-21 and 2021-22. Jusczak's leadership extended to his founding role in the North Central Student Athlete Leadership Council (SALC) established in 2021.
Originating from Pine City, Minnesota, Jusczak's formative years were spent at Pine City High School, where he exhibited exceptional athletic leadership as a 3-time basketball team captain, 2-time football captain, and recipient of the MSHSL Academic All-State Award in 2020. He also currently holds the program record for most wins by any player in Pine City Boys Basketball history.
Presently residing in Minnetonka with his wife Aaleaha, Konnor will be furthering his education at North Central University by pursuing a graduate degree in Strategic Leadership in Business Administration. He eagerly anticipates continuing to propel NCU Athletics to new heights by amplifying the visibility of its accomplished teams, exceptional student-athletes, and dedicated coaching staff.
