Carr started her role as Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations in July of 2023. Previously, she worked as an athletic communications graduate assistant for two years, helping with game day management, social media, and much more pertaining to NCU teams. Lydia has also served as an assistant cross country and track and field coach for the past two years.
Prior to joining the Rams, Warner attended and graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul, where she competed in Cross Country and Track from 2016-2020. During her time as an athlete, she was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team, given the Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award, was part of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and named a captain of the track and field team. (Was also an Athletic Marketing and NCAA Compliance Intern my last year of college).
On the academic side, Lydia was named Sports Management Student of the Year for the 2019-2020 school year for her hard work in the classroom and athletics department.
A native of Elk River, Minnesota, Lydia is a 2016 graduate from Elk River High School where she competed in cross country, Nordic skiing, and track and field.
