NEW ULM, Minn. - North Central University went on the road on Tuesday to take on the Knights of Martin Luther College in a UMAC bout. The Rams struggled to get much going on the offensive end as they fell to the Knights by a score of 1-4.

Game Recap
- The Rams trailed early in this one as the Knights came out of the gate firing. MLC scored two goals in the first 10 minutes to take a 2-0 lead. The Knights added to their lead in the 26th minute with their third unanswered goal. The Ram's offense continued to struggle to capitalize on their opportunities throughout the 1st period, sending them to the break trailing by three goals. Looking for a spark in the second half, the Rams turned to freshman, Payton Swoboda, who was able to find the back of the net in the 59th minute to inch the Rams back into the game. Unfortunately for the Rams, the Knights were able to regain their three-goal lead in the 74th minute. The Rams were able to find a few opportunities in the waning minutes of the final period, but could not come away with any points as they would eventually fall to the Knights by a score of 1-4.
