Game Recap
- NCU found themselves in a tight one on Friday afternoon, as the first half seemed to be a back and fourth battle. The Rams looked to Freshman, Naomi Hagstrom, early and often as she was a big spark for the Ram's offense throughout the whole contest. The Rams were able to take a one point lead into the second quarter, but Kansas Christian would not go away as they turned in an impressive offensive output in the second quarter scoring 25 points to take a lead heading into the break. The Rams locked in on the defensive end in the second half, looking to pull away late in the game. The Rams connected on a couple big three pointers in the second half from Filer and sophomore, Allison Bulthuis, who impressed again showing she is one who needs to be guarded beyond the arc following up her four three pointers yesterday, with three more today. The Rams were able to take control late in the game behind the consistent play of Hagstrom, as they would pull away for a 73-56 victory.
