Box Score MINNEAPOLIS, Minn - North Central University was back in action at home again on Saturday, this time taking on Lakeland University. The Rams unfortunately dropped a hard fought match to the Muskies by a score of 2-1.

- North Central was early to strike as Freshman, Payton Swoboda, sent a cross to Junior, Cheyenne Brown, that she put in the back of the net to take a 1-0 lead in the 2nd minute of the game. Lakeland was quick to answer with a goal of their own to tie it up in the 5th minute. After the fast start, both offenses fell silent, until the Muskies netted a goal in the 82nd minute to break the tie. The Rams had an opportunity to add a goal late but were unable to get a shot on net. The Rams would fall by the score of 2-1.
