Box Score MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The North Central University (NCU) women's basketball team hosted the Blue Angels of Mount Mary University in non-conference action on Monday night. The Rams looked to get back to their winning ways after suffering a loss this past weekend. Using a 16-0 run late in the 2
nd quarter the Rams got the victory at home by a score of 62-52. The Rams move to 9-6 on the season.

- The Blue Angels opened the game with back to back three point shots that gave them a 11-4 lead early in the first quarter. But with a balanced scoring attack by the Rams overcame the deficit with a 14-5 run to close out the quarter and lead 18-16 at the end of the 1st quarter. The Blue Angels opened with some more hot shooting to start the quarter. The Blue Angels started the quarter with a 9-2 run to take a 25-20 lead over the Rams. Proven tough yet again, the Rams used back to back steals by Bailey Brewster and Allison Bulthuis to spark some momentum. The Rams went on an incredible 16-0 run to close out the 2nd quarter and take a 40-28 lead at halftime. A very back and forth 3rd quarter saw the Rams holding a 48-31 lead heading into the last quarter of play. The Rams held the Blue Angels to only 3 points in the 3rd quarter. The Rams got the home victory by a score of 62-52. The Rams were led in scoring by Allison Bulthuis with 13 points.
