MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- North Central University (NCU) squared off against one of the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) heavyweights, the Bethany Lutheran College (BLC) Vikings, on Wednesday afternoon. Fresh off their third conference win of the season, the Vikings continued their momentum in this one from the first whistle. The Rams could not find an answer for the country's second ranked scoring offense as the Vikings kept their foot on the gas all afternoon. Led by the nation's second leading goal scorer, Max Busch, the Vikings were able to come away with a 10-o victory over the Rams on Elliot Park Field

The Rams found themselves in a whole early as the Vikings found the back of the net in just the 2nd minute of the game. Looking to climb out of an early hole, the Rams searched for an offensive spark, but could not find a way to heat up througout the rather cold afternoon. With the Rams unable to find any offensive rhythm, the Vikings stayed on the offensive. BLC added three more goals in the first half along with 6 more in the final 45 minutes to run away with the 10- vicotyr over the Rams.

The Rams will be at home once again on Saturday afternoon for the final time of the 2019 campaign as they will host the Cougars of Minnesota Morris. Kickoff for that matchup is set for 3:30 p.m. on Elliot Park Field.
