League easily handles their first match of the year

Minneapolis, MN - League of Legends easily handles first match against Chowan University.

North Central University debuted this past Tuesday with a convincing win over Chowan University 2-0. Only losing 2 towers in the first game, NCU was able to collect 4 dragons to Chowan's 1, giving them significant advantage in the first game. Game 2 was equally as dominant for NCU, preventing Chowan from taking any tower or dragons for a clean win. Russell "islothy" Nielsen (Morris, MN), who also plays for the Rocket League Blue Team, was able have a clean first game with 10 kills and 0 deaths: the second game was much of the same as he produced a commanding 19 kills with only 1 death.

Team captain, Jinbo "BARDFORPRESIDENT" Dong (Yunnan, China), said this after the match, "I'm glad we won, but we can't be too happy because the real challenge is still ahead of us and we have to stay ready."

Looking ahead, NCU League of Legends plays Missouri - Kansas City Tuesday (10/18)!
