During this period, he also was a member of the men's basketball team, appearing in 25 games over two years and earning All-UMAC Academic Team honors in both 2020-21 and 2021-22. Jusczak's leadership extended to his founding role in the North Central Student Athlete Leadership Council (SALC) established in 2021.
Originating from Pine City, Minnesota, Jusczak's formative years were spent at Pine City High School, where he was a 3-time basketball team captain, 2-time football captain, and recipient of the MSHSL Academic All-State Award in 2020. He also currently holds the program record for most wins by any player in Pine City Boys Basketball history.
Konnor had this to say about his new position, "I'm grateful to be given this opportunity to continue my time here with North Central Athletics. It's a privilege to work in an environment filled with others who share the same love of Jesus. I look forward to working day-to-day with the amazing staff that makes up the NCU Athletic Department, as well as other staff and faculty around campus. I'm fully committed to improving the student-athlete experience through the promotion of our athletes and teams. Go Rams!"
Presently residing in Minneapolis with his wife Aaleaha, Konnor will be furthering his education at North Central University by pursuing a graduate degree in Strategic Leadership in Business Administration.
