Minneapolis, MN -- The North Central University (NCU) Athletic Department is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Teamworks, The Operating System for Sports™, implementing Teamworks Hub, a comprehensive platform designed to streamline athletic operations, improve efficiency, and enhance support for student-athletes across all programs. Several NCU teams have already begun the rollout of Teamworks Hub, with the department aiming for full integration across all programs early in the spring semester, marking a significant step toward unified communication and operational alignment within Rams Athletics.

Teamworks Hub will serve as NCU's central communication and operations platform, bringing schedules, facility management, and staff communication into one connected ecosystem. With Hub, coaches and staff can instantly view facility usage, coordinate logistics through personal or team messaging, manage team schedules, assign tasks, and access a unified master calendar that keeps every program aligned. The platform eliminates fragmented communication and reduces duplicated work by consolidating daily operations into a single, intuitive system accessible through a mobile app and desktop platform. 

The decision to partner with Teamworks follows extensive internal feedback gathered across the athletic department. That feedback consistently pointed to the need for a more unified operational approach that would better support coaches and student-athletes in their daily rhythms and responsibilities.

"Teamworks became essential for North Central after our coaches consistently identified challenges with scattered communication, duplicated work, and the lack of a unified system. We were spending unnecessary time repeating tasks across multiple platforms, time that should have been devoted to recruiting, discipling, and developing teams.
