UMAC Cross Country Preseason Poll Announced

St. Paul, MN -- The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) has released the 2025 Cross Country Preseason Coaches Polls, with both North Central teams predicted to finish in seventh. The poll is voted on by all the head coaches in the conference. Coaches cannot vote for their own team.

WOMEN'S SCHEDULE  |  MEN'S SCHEDULE

The Rams kick off the season with a home meet on Friday, Aug. 29th as the teams host the University of Northwestern St. Paul and Oak Hills Christian College for the Battle Creek Triangular. The teams' next competition will be in Prescott, WI at the River Falls Invite on Friday, Sept. 12th. Following this, the Rams are set to compete in the Roy Griak Invite in Falcon Heights, MN on Friday, Sept. 19th. After two weeks of rest, NCU will run at the Blugold Invite in Colfax, WI on the evening of Friday, Oct. 3rd. Next, the team will travel to Waseca, MN to compete in the Kent Finanger Invite on Saturday, Oct. 11th. To round out the slate of regular season meets, NCU will make the trip to Dubuque, IA for the 2025 NCCAA Regionals held on the campus of Emmaus Bible College on Friday, Oct. 24th.

This year's Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Championship meet will take place on Saturday, Nov. 1st. More championship meet details are coming soon. Should the teams qualify for the 2025 NCCAA National Championship Meet, the Rams will race in Joplin, MO on Friday, Nov. 14th to cap off the year.
