2022: 

Liz ran a personal best in the 6k with a time of 24:26.7 at the Gene Davis Invitational (Appleton, WI)... She earned another season best in the 5k at the NCCAA National Championship meet in a time of 19:43.7... Among her impressive times, Lofstad also holds numerous awards from the 2022 season including First Team All-UMAC for her 3rd place finish at the UMAC Championships, NCCAA All-Region for her 1st place finish at the NCCAA North Region Championships, and NCCAA All-American for her 2nd place finish at the NCCAA National Championships... She was also named NCCAA North Region Runner of the Year for her winning finish at the North Region meet... Liz was also the UMAC and NCCAA Runner of the Week once each... Earned the NCCAA Scholar-Athlete Award... Lofstad was named the UMAC Scholar Athlete Leadership Award winner for her numerous accolades as a student-athlete and selfless service in her community. 

2021:

Ran a personal best time in of 24:40 in the 6k at the Hamline Invite ... Hit another personal best in the 5k with a time of 19:37 at the NCCAA National Championships ... Earned UMAC First Team All-Conference at the 2021 Championships for her 7th place finish (25:01) ... Named NCCAA North Region Runner of the Year for her 1st place finish at the NCCAA Regional Championships ... Ran to NCCAA All-American Honors for her third place finish at the NCCAA National Championships ... Given UMAC Academic All-Conference for her hard work in the classroom.

Prep Career

Ran cross country for coach Neil Kruse at Centennial High School ... Two time all-conference honorable mention ... Elected twice as team captain... Participated in the Cross Country State Championships for the Cougars.
