2023 Season Highlights

Michael ran his personal best in the 8k at the UMAC Championships with a time of 30:20.7... Earned NCCAA All-Region for his 7th place finish at the regional meet with a time of 30:45.9... Earned the UMAC Sportsmanship Award... UMAC Academic All-Conference... Named an NCCAA Scholar Athlete. 


2022 Season Highlights

Michael ran his personal best in the 8k at the Hamline Invitational in a time of 29:29.7 improving his previous time by over 4 minutes... He was named NCCAA All-Region for his 5th place performance at the NCCAA North Region Championships... Earned UMAC Men's Runner of the Week once this season.

2021 Season Highlights

Ran his fastest time of the season at the UMAC Conference Championships with a time of 34:30.8 ... Earned UMAC Academic All-Conference for his hard work in the classroom.

Prep Career

Ran for coaches Troy Beneau and Adam Larose at Butternut High School... All-Conference Honorable Mention... Placed 4th in conference for cross country ... Ran a 5k PR of 18:23 ... Made the Honor Roll three times ... National Honor Society student.
