2025 Season Highlights

Nehemiah competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons for North Central University... In the indoor season, he finished 7th in the high jump at the Jack Johnson Classic, putting up 1.80m... Nehemiah finished 10th at the Snowshoe Open in the high jump, finishing at 1.75m... At the UMAC Indoor Championship, Juaire placed 4th in the 4x200m relay with a time of 4:40.88, 8th in the high jump at 1.78m, and 10th in the 60m dash with a time of 7.38 seconds, posting a personal record... In the outdoor season, Nehemiah placed 7th in the high jump with 1.80m at the Hamline Invitational... Placed 3rd at the Gustie Twilight in the 4x100m relay at 44.23 and 5th in the high jump with 1.80m... He placed 5th in the high jump at the Meet of the Unsaintly, putting up 1.83m... In the UMAC Outdoor Championships, Juaire broke the North Central program record in the 4x100m with a time of 43.21 seconds, placing 2nd in the championship... He also placed 2nd in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:27.86... Placed 5th individually in the high jump with a leap of 1.86m and 6th in the long jump at 6.00m, both of which were personal bests... Qualified for NCCAA Nationals in the high jump, 4x100m relay, and the 4x400m relay. He finished 11th in the high jump by clearing 1.80m... Member of the 4x400m relay team which placed 11th with a time of 3:27.49 to set a new program record... Part of the 4x100m relay team that finished in 8th place with a time of 43.38 seconds... Earned UMAC All-Sportsmanship Award.

2024 Season Highlights

Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Rams... In the indoor season, he ran a personal best 60 meter dash with a time of 7.41 seconds... Posted a 36.30 meter javelin throw to set a career-best... In the outdoor season, he ran a personal best in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.75 seconds... Jumped a career-best long jump of 5.86m at the UMAC Outdoor Championships to take 11th place... Finished 5th place in the high jump with 1.76m at the conference meet... UMAC Outdoor T&F Academic All-Conference.

2023 Season Highlights

Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Rams... At the CSS Opener, hit his best mark in the high jump at 1.85 meters... Finished his best 60 meter dash time in 7.54 seconds at the UMAC Indoor Championships where he also finished in 3rd in the high jump and helped the 4 x 200 meter relay team to a 2nd place finish... In the outdoor season, jumped his best high jump height at the Running on Hope Invite with 1.81 meters... At the UMAC Outdoor Championships, helped the 4 x 100 meter relay team to a 2nd place finish as well as the 4 x 400 relay team to 3rd overall... Also finished in 3rd place in the high jump at the Championships... Qualified for the NCCAA Outdoor National Championships in the 4 x 400 meter relay helping the team to a 10th place finish and a school record in 3:32.01. 

2022 Season Highlights

Competed in both indoor and outdoor track and field for the Rams... Earned three top eight finished at the UMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60 meter run (8th place), high jump (4th place), and with his team in the 4 x 200 meter relay (2nd place)... Hit his best high jump mark at the Maday Classic at 1.81 meters as well as a college best in the 200 meter in 25.33 seconds... In the outdoor season, ran his fastest 100 meter dash in 12.07 seconds at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational... Earned two top eight finishes at the UMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships both in the high jump with an outdoor best of 1.83 meters (3rd place) and in the 4 x 100 meter relay (4th place).

Attended Belle Plaine High School... Team captain senior year... Multiple top 5 finishes in Conference High Jump.... Graduated in 2021.
