MINNEAPOLIS, -- The North Central University (NCU) men's soccer team is set to host the University of Northwestern Eagles on Senior Day Saturday on Elliot Park Field. The last time these two teams saw one another on the pitch took place on October 27th of last season, where the Rams squeaked past the Eagles in a 3-2 victory.
Senior, Riley Loukinen, has been a defensive presence all season and continues to lead the backfield as the captain for the Rams. Another talented senior, Henry Puchuela, has been leading the Rams in goals all year and will look to continue scorching the nets. In their last game against the Eagles, Loukinen and Puchuela each recorded an assist of their own on two of Rams' three goals on the day. The dynamic duo will strive to repeat a similar performance against a talented Eagles soccer team this time around.
