North Central University Athletics

The North Central University (NCU) women's basketball team is set to clash with the St. Olaf College Oles in a pivotal UMAC-MIAC cross conference matchup on Tuesday night.The Oles and Rams both come into the matchup with an 0-1 record, and are in search of their first wins of the 2019 season. The two schools' women's basketball programs have yet to see one another in their recent history, so tonight's matchup awaits a lot of questions to be answered for both teams.

From the Rams' home opener on Saturday against the Edgewood College Eagles, it was Naomi Hagstrom and Allison Bulthuis who led the Rams in scoring. The dynamic duo dropped a combined 33 points, and will be in search of repeat performances this time around.  Looking ahead into the matchup, the Rams will strive to get back quicker in their transition defense and make it tougher on the Oles' outside shooters. The marquee matchup is set for a 7:00p.m. tip-off.
