ROCKFORD, Ill. -- North Central University (NCU) women's volleyball is set to clash with the Rockford University Regents in game two on Friday (9/13). These two teams faced each other once before, dating back to the 2018 season, where the Rams took that match 3 sets to 0. The Rams will look to continue their streak against the Regents, as they are hoping to be met with momentum from their previous match that will take place earlier in the day.
The last time NCU faced the Regents, Hannah Fischer posted a key performance for the Rams, as she put up seven kills. Hannah Fischer has been a great asset this year and continues to stand out in the young season. Emily DiGiorgio was also huge against the Regents last year, as she chipped in six kills of her own. Fischer and DiGiorgio were a great dynamic duo at the net, and are prepared to do the same this time around. Rockford is currently sitting at a 2-7 record, and are looking to get their third win of the season. This exciting matchup game is set for first service at 8:00p.m. this Friday, September 13.
