MINNEAPOLIS, -- The North Central University (NCU) women's soccer team is set to host Martin Luther College on Elliot Park Field in the night cap of a Homecoming doubleheader. The Rams and the Knights have met once already this season and it was the Knights taking 5-0 victory in a non-conference match in New Ulm, Minn.
The Rams have experience continued improvement throughout the first part of the season. NCU has come up just short in back to back losses, but Coach Colette Montgomery has praised the team’s effort and ability to make adjustments. The Knights enter the match on a little bit of a skid, but bring with them three wins so far on the year. Both teams are eyeing their first Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) win of the season.
