North Central University Athletics

A busy week continues for the North Central University (NCU) women's basketball team as they look forward to hosting the Crown College (CC) Storm on Saturday afternoon in a crucial UMAC matchup. Dating back to the two times the Rams and Storm clashed last season, NCU managed to sweep CC by final scores of 61-48 and 60-33.

In the Rams' first matchup against the Storm last season, junior forward Alice Cato was fundamental to NCU's offensive success. The Harvest Christian product pulled down 7 rebounds which gave Blue and Gold great opportunities to get out on fast-breaks and hit key shots in transition. Cato along with the rest of the Rams are searching for repeat performances this time around as they look to launch themselves back to a +.500 UMAC record since their first conference matchup earlier this season.
