North Central University Athletics

Lehnhoff is entering his 2nd season as the head coach of the baseball program since taking over in 2022. He is a 2014 graduate of NCU with a B.S. in Sports Management while being a four-year starting pitcher for the Rams baseball program. Devin also began his additional role as Executive Director of Athletics for North Central in August of 2023.

Higher Education:

Devin began his career in higher education in 2015 working at NCU in enrollment. Over nearly 8 years of enrollment experience at NCU and at Bethel University, he has been responsible for leading and training enrollment teams of 10-25 employees, launching dozens of new programs and initiatives, and reporting on enrollment data and trends to university executives.

Coaching Career:

While creating a career in enrollment, Devin has also coached baseball since graduating from NCU in 2014. Since then, Devin has coached American Legion baseball, club level baseball with Pine Tar Academy, and college baseball at both NCU and Bethel University. Devin has coached dozens of high-level high school players that have gone on to play at the NCAA DI, DII, and DIII levels. While at Bethel University he assisted in coaching a pitching staff that posted the 18^th best ERA (1.98) in NCAA DIII baseball history in 2018 along with being a part of a team that won the MIAC championship that same year. While being an assistant pitching coach at Bethel, Lehnhoff was also the JV Head Coach.
