Riley McElfresh is entering his first season as the Graduate Assistant/Pitching Coach of North Central's Baseball program. 

Most recently, McElfresh was the assistant head coach for the Shallotte Shallywags of the Old North State League (ONSL). Prior to this, Riley graduated with a Bachelor’s and an Associate's in Social Work. He also played college baseball at Viterbo University (NAIA) in 2024-2025 and Bay College (NJCAA) from 2021-2023. He competed as a catcher, outfielder, and pitcher. Riley is tied for first in career appearances on the mound at Bay College.

Riley is from Cable, Wisconsin, and has two younger siblings. His parents, Randy, Melissa, and stepdad David, are great role models to him. He also loves being around his younger siblings, Roman and Asher. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and watching sports.
