Jeremy Becker

Jeremy Becker is in his fourth season as the Head Coach of the Men's Basketball team at North Central University.

In Becker's third season at the helm, the team finished with the most wins in program history (21). A big part of the Rams' success in year three for Coach Becker was due to one of the most prolific offensive attacks in the country at the NCAA Division 3 level. The team finished 19th in the country in points per game (84.3), and top 30 in the country in both team 3pt FG percentage (36.6%) and 3pt FGs made per game (9.7). This was accomplished through a very balanced scoring attack as the Rams saw four players average double-figure scoring and seven total players average at least seven points per game.

In conference only games, the team also finished first in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) in offensive points per game (86.4), FG percentage (47.7%), 3pt FGs made (152), and 3pt FG percentage (37.6%). Under Coach Becker, the 2024-2025 team became the first team in program history to win a share of the regular season conference championship of the UMAC. The 2024-2025 squad also became the first team in program history to win the NCCAA Division 2 National Championship. The decorated team also set a record for the most players honored on the UMAC All-Conference award list with 7 honorees; First Team All-UMAC (Carrington McNeal), Second Team All-UMAC (Malik Siggers), three honorable mentions (Carmello McNeal, Remy Wedgeworth-Brown, and Tanner Holtman), and two players represented on the UMAC All-Defensive team (Carrington McNeal and CJ Thomas).

In the three seasons under Coach Becker, the Rams have racked up 53 overall wins and 27 UMAC wins.

In addition to his basketball duties, Becker has spent the last two years as Associate Director of Athletics for External Relations at NCU. From 2018 to 2020, Becker served as the Graduate Assistant for NCU in Athletic Communications, managing all of the marketing material for the athletic department, game-day management for specific sports, and all other duties for the sports information office.
