Rodrigo De Mendoza joined the NCU soccer coaching staff in the summer of 2022.
De Mendoza graduated from NCU in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and then continued his education here at NCU to earn a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership. De Mendoza started playing soccer for the Rams in the fall of 2017 during his sophomore year of school. During that time De Mendoza helped lead to the Rams to a NCCAA National Championship in the 2018 season. He did the same in 2021 where is was awarded the honors of All-Tournament First Team.
De Mendoza was a captain for the Rams team for three years and was an integral part of the culture during his time on the team. After graduating, De Mendoza returned to coach for the Rams and looks to continue to make a positive impact on the program as an assistant for both the men's and women's soccer teams.
