Men's Basketball: Jon served as the Head Coach of North Central's Men's Basketball team for 11 years from 2008-2019. During his tenor, he led the Rams to 7 total NCCAA North Regional titles in '08-'09, '09-'10, '10-'11, '12-'13, '13-'14, '14-'15, and '15-'16. When North Central joined the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) in 2012-13, Coach High led his team to their first ever UMAC Playoffs. They also appeared in the UMAC Playoffs in '14-'15 and '15-'16.

Athletic Administration: High also served as North Central's Director of Athletics from 2008-2013. While in this position, he completed the membership process for North Central to become a member of NCAA Division III athletics and spearheaded the entrance into the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference as a full member in 2012-13. Jon developed a partnership with the Minneapolis Parks & Recreation Department to build Elliot Park's turf field which has become the home field for NCU's soccer teams. To add to his list of accomplishments, High also started the Sports Management degree program as a part of NCU's College of Business and Technology in 2009. Finally, Jon served on the NCCAA National Administrative Committee for 5 total years while at North Central.
