Track & Field/Cross Country: Trey served as Head Coach of North Central's Cross Country and Track & Field programs for 14 years from 2005-2018. In NCCAA Cross Country, Trey led his program to 8 straight women's team titles (2005-12), 6 men's team titles ('06, '07, '09-'11, '13), and 9 individual national championships. Meadows was also named the Men's National Cross Country Coach of the Year in 2013, which was the first year this award was given. In NCCAA DI Track, Trey had 5 NCCAA Outdoor All-Americans and 1 Indoor National Champion - Women's 1-Mile. Other NCCAA accolades to his name are 49 total Scholar-Athletes, 1 Wheeler Award Winner, and 2 Bullock Award Winners. In the UMAC, Meadows had one XC individual champ, 20 total 1st Team All-Conference winners, 6 individual T&F champions, and 4 total championship relay teams. Other UMAC accolades to his name include 99 total Academic All-UMAC awards, 2 UMAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award Winners, and 9 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team awards.
