ST BONIFACIUS, Minn - The North Central University women's basketball went on the road Saturday afternoon for an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference matchup with Crown College.The Rams came away with a 60-33 win over The Storm.
Allison Bulthuis led the way for the Rams with a big afternoon as she scored 23 points and was just one rebound shy of a double-double.

- Both teams came out slow in the first half as the Rams shot 34.5 percent and the Storm 30 percent from the field. The Rams carried a narrow seven point lead into the half behind a strong showing from Allison Bulthuis who led all scorers at the break with 16 points. After the the break it was all NCU as the Rams pulled away with a strong third quarter in which they outscored Crown 19-10. The Rams shot 50 percent (8-for-16) in the third quarter to pull away from the Storm. In the fourth quarter The Rams shot 46 percent (6-for-13) as they rolled to their twelfth win of the season.

The Rams will look forward hosting Martin Luther College on Wednesday night for another UMAC contest. Tip off is slated to begin at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Minneapolis.
