Game Recap
On a chilly afternoon, the Vikings flew out of the gate aggressive on the offensive end. With 16 goals coming into the contest Madison Perry continued to put on a show for the visiting Vikings. Perry got the scoring rolling in the 13th minute as the Vikings took an early 1-0 lead. After falling behind, the Rams just could not find an answer for the leading goal scorer in the conference. Behind the power of Perry, The Vikings added one more first half goal to go along with two more in the 72nd and 74th minute to build their lead to four scores. With time ticking off of the clock, Mickel Vacek found
Kara Lewis for an impressive late match score, but the effort was just not enough to spark a comeback for the Rams as they fell by a score of 4-1.
