Minneapolis, MN -- The North Central University (NCU) softball team continued Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) play as they hosted the Yellowjackets of the University of Wisconsin-Superior (UWS). The Yellowjackets got on the board early and took control of the game as they defeated the Rams by a final score of 16-0.
Superior secured an early lead as they plated four runs in the first. They followed up by scoring 12 runs through four innings en route to a mercy rule win over North Central 16-0. The Rams were able to tally two hits off Aurora Prettyman and Isabela Gallardo, however, they would both be left stranded in scoring position.
