2025 Season Highlights

Competed in both the indoor and outdoor season for North Central... In the indoor season, she set a new personal record in the 600m with a time of 2:01.39, finishing 22nd at the Mark Schuck Open... In the outdoor season, Avah broke the North Central program record at the Gustie Twilight in the 4x800, where she finished in 2nd place with a time of 10:27.98... Set a new personal record in the 400 with a time of 1:12.84 at the Meet of the UnSaintly... She competed in the UMAC Outdoor Championships, where she placed 4th in the 4x800 with a time of 10:49.05... She also set a new personal record in the 1500, timing out at 5:37.57... Also finished 19th in the javelin throw with a distance of 18.85m... NCCAA Scholar Athlete... Fall Athletic Director Honor Roll... UMAC Academic All-Conference... 2025 Athletic Director Honor Roll Athlete.

2024 Season Highlights

Competed in both the indoor and outdoor season for the Rams... In the indoor season, set a personal best in the mile with a time of 6:23.38 at the Gopher Classic... At the UMAC Indoor Championships, she was a part of the record-setting distance medley relay (DMR) team that took 3rd place with a time of 14:21.38 and took 10th place in the 800m with 2:45.61... In the outdoor season, improved her career best in the 800m to 2:36.41 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invite... At the UMAC Outdoor Championships, recorded personal bests in the 5000 meter race with a time of 20:43.26 (8th place) and javelin throw with a distance of 21.48m (16th place)... UMAC Indoor/Outdoor T&F Academic All-Conference.
