2024 Season Highlights

Competed in the outdoor season for the Rams... Finished 10th in the long jump with a length of 3.68m at the Gustie Twilight... Set a new personal best in the 200 at the Gary Wilson Invitational where she set a a time of 31.06... Long jump personal record of 4.03m at the Janis Rider Invite... Spring 2025 Athletic Director Honor Roll Award.

2024 Season Highlights

Competed in the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Rams... In the indoor season, she was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that set a program record with a time of 4:27.17 (3rd place) at the UMAC Indoor Championship... Also helped the distance medley relay (DMR) team that broke the NCU record with a time of 14:21.38 (3rd place)... In the outdoor season, set career bests in the 200m and 400m at the Rider/Bolstorff  Invite with times of 29.55 and 1:06.67, respectfully... At the UMAC Outdoor Championship, ran a personal best in the 800 meter with a time of 2:42.58 to place 7th overall... UMAC Indoor/Outdoor T&F Academic All-Conference.

Prep Career

Went to St. Croix Falls High School... Finished in the top 15 for the 400m... Participated in choir... Graduated in 2023. 

Personal

Hope was born on December 20th, 2004... Majoring in ASL Interpreting... Parents are Jeff and DeeAnn Naegelen... Has two siblings, Josiah (28) and Elliana (21).
