LAKEVILLE, Minn - The North Central University (NCU) men's tennis team was in action Friday evening in conference matchup with the Saints of The College of Saint Scholastica (CSS). Despite a tough effort, NCU fell in all nine matches.
Judah Smith played in the no.1 position of the Rams, losing in straight sets to Connor Croft of CSS.
Micah Peterson and
Noah Ramsby held down the no.2 and no.3 positions for NCU.
Ken Schrock,
Danny Williams,
Caleb Van Natta rounded out the singles positions for NCU as all three fell in straight sets.
On the doubles side of the matchup,
Judah Smith and
Micah Peterson played in the no.1 doubles position, and fell 8-0.
Noah Ramsby and
Ken Schrock played in the no.2 doubles position.
Danny Williams and
Caleb Van Natta played in the no.3 position to round out the lineup for NCU.
The Rams will be back in action Friday, April 5 as they will travel to Wisconsin-Superior for an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference matchup against the Yellowjackets. The match is slated to begin at 5:00 p.m.
