Men's Golf Posts Best Round of the Season at MLC Invite

Buffalo Lake, MN -- North Central University (NCU) Men's golf headed to Buffalo Lake today to play in the MLC Invite hosted by Martin Luther College. The meet took place at the Oakdale Golf Course, where the men recorded a season-best team round of 310 (+22) to finish tied for 3rd out of six teams. Junior Joe Stanton carded a career best 75 (+5) to pace the men.

Leading the way for the Rams was Joe Stanton, who fired a career-best 75 (+3) to place t-9th overall in a competitive field of 42 golfers. Right behind him was Hector Avila with a steady 77 (+5), earning a share of 13th place. Freshman standout Kaden Dunton continued his consistent stretch of play with a 78 (+6) to finish t-19th, while sophomore Greg Salinas carded an 80 (+8) to claim t-24th.
