North Central University Athletics

2023:

Competed in both the indoor and outdoor season for the Rams... At the CSS Opener, hit his best shot put mark at 13.64 meters... In the weight throw, earned an 8th place finish with in 12.27 meters at the UMAC Indoor Championships... In the outdoor season, completed his personal best in the hammer throw at the Rider/Bolsftorff Invitational in 39.04 meters... Threw his top discus mark at the Joe Sweeney Invite in 44.09 meters in total... Earned three top 8 finishes at the UMAC Outdoor Championships in the shot put (5th), the discus throw (4th), and in the hammer (8th place)... Qualified for the NCCAA Outdoor National Championships in both the shot and discus earning 11th and 7th place finishes, respectively. 

Prep Career:

Competed in track and field at Rochester Mayo High School.

Personal:

Born March 21st, 2004 in Rochester, MN... Parents are Kimseng and Haeng Heng... Kimseng is a business owner and Haeng is a Phlebotomist... Has two siblings, Grace (23) and Gloria (21)... Plans to major in Pastoral Studies at North Central.
