Both Kwong's personal bests in the 60 meter dash (8.32 seconds) and in the 200 meter dash (27.83 seconds) come from his performance at the CSS Opener... In the outdoor season, his best time in the 100 meter dash was 12.97 seconds from the Running on Hope Open.
