2024 Season Highlights

Competed in the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Rams... In the indoor season, recorded a career-best high jump of 1.64m at the Jack Johnson Classic... Took 15th overall at the UMAC Championship Meet with a personal best 800 meter time of 2:14.30 and 16th place in the men's mile race with a PB of 5:14.65... In the outdoor season, ran a career-best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.76... At the UMAC Championships, he posted personal bests in the 1500 meter race with a time of 4:41.51 and 5000 meter race with a time 18:38.31... Named an NCCAA Scholar Athlete.

2023 Season Highlights

Competed in the outdoor season for the Rams... Recorded his best 1500 meter time at the St. Thomas Tomcat Invitation in 4:46.44... Took to the 400 meter hurdles earning his fastest time at the UMAC Outdoor Championships in a time of 1:06.48... At the Championships, helped the 4 x 800 meter relay team to a 4th place finish. 

2022 Season Highlights

Competed in Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field for the Rams... Ran a personal best time in the 3000 meter at the Indoor Championships with a time of 11:49.33... Was apart of the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) team at the indoor Championships that placed 6th overall... Ran a personal best 5000m in outdoor at the Hamline Invitational in a time of 20:28.86... Ran a personal best time at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational in the 1500m in a time of 5:02.41... Ran a personal best 800m at the Outdoor Championships in a time of 2:20.54... Competed in the 4x800m at the Outdoor Championships that finished 5th overall.

Prep Career

Ran for coaches Troy Beneau and Adam Larose at Butternut High School... All-Conference Honorable Mention... Placed 4th in conference for cross country ... Ran a 5k PR of 18:23 ... Made the Honor Roll three times ... National Honor Society student.
