2023:

Keegan competed in both indoor and outdoor track and field for the Rams... In the indoor season ran both his best time in the 60 meter dash (7.77 seconds) and in the 200 meter dash (25.82 seconds) at the UW River Falls Winter Classic... In outdoor, finished his fastest 100 meter time in 2.39 seconds at the St. Thomas Tomcat Invitational... In the discus throw, hit his best mark at the Saint Mary's Cardinal Invite with 23.68 meters... Keegan's best mark in the javelin was recorded at the UMAC Outdoor Championships with 33.62 meters in the event.

Prep Career:

Competed in swimming and diving as well as lacrosse at Lakeville South High School... In swimming and diving, earned four school records and named the Section Champion three years in a row... Achieved All-Conference five years in a row as well as All-State two years in a row... Ranked number two in the state his senior year, named Team MVP three years in a row and only lost two meets his senior year.. Awarded Section Diver of the meet three years in a row.

Born May 15th, 2003 in Buffalo, MN... Parents are Doug and Brenda Gare... Doug is retired and Brenda is a Music Teacher... Majoring in Pastoral Studies at North Central.
